Our top 5 Supershake Recipes

Let’s lay down some of the basics first…

1. My favorite super shakes have 2 fruits…and generally I recommend 1 frozen, a banana, and at least one berry)
2. If you’re not taking a greens supplement (vegegreens or vegessential), your super shake “needs” a greens ingredient (spinach is usually the safest)
3. Add one nut butter (peanut butter for safety, cashew butter, or almond butter)
4. Throw in another healthy fat source (such as flax meal, flax oil, hemp seeds)
5. Instead of regular milk, use rice or unsweetened almond milk
6. Build your super shake base with 2 fruits, 1 green ingredient, a nut butter, and then consider being a maverick by adding chia seeds or hemp seeds.
7. Always be prepared! Make a list, stock your fridge, & enjoy!
