Coach Ryan’s Super Protein Muffins

Makes 6
-3/4 cup natural yogurt
-1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 cup wholemeal flour
-1/3 cup pumpkin purée
-2 scoops Progressive Vegessential Chocolate protein powder (any chocolate protein powder will suffice)
-1 organic Egg
Use a blender, mixer, food processor, blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter.
Bake at 170 C for 12 minutes until, when poked with a toothpick, the toothpick comes out cleannnnnn.
